Casinos
Our Casino Division is the result of the great step forward taken in our company’s development. We can say that this sector, of great importance in the entertainment industry has now been consolidated, as we now have several operations in place in different parts of the world.
Our beginnings commenced with shareholdings in the casinos of: Mallorca, Bilbao and Ceuta, in association with the Nervion Group. Subsequently, with the amplification, on the part of the Chilean government of additional casino licenses, we bid for and were awarded an operation license for a casino, in the eminent mining town of Copiapo. This “Gran Casino de Copiapo,” that forms part of the integrated entertainment resort Antay Casino Hotel.
At the same time, we entered the Croatian market under the GoldenSunCasino brand, and as of date we have three casinos in operation, two in the capital city of Zagreb and a third, in Dubrovnik.
At present we are immersed in an ambitious expansion scheme, the first stage of which will conclude at the end of 2012. By then, we hope to have ten casinos in Latin America.
