Career plan
Those (with medium or higher education) that have been internally promoted or recently graduated, will follow a Career Plan specifically designed for their integration, to help them to get to know our business, develop skills, and receive training and information, to enable them to work their way up to management and positions of responsible within the company.
This plan will be supervised, by our Manpower Management Director and the correspondent Operative Division Director.
Those who do not have medium or higher education but who have a high potential and clear commitment towards our business project will be given the possibility of having a specific career plan designed for them, in accordance with their education and aptitudes.
Along with the Career Plan, training and development activities will be undertaken to allow for successful fulfillment in this regard.
